For instance, I would begin placing advertisements and conducting interview for a new executive director -- starting with the people inside the organization. I believe that online advertising and revamping the company's website to reflect the newer and younger target audience of this organization is the best way to alleviate both of these concerns, as well as to enhance satisfaction among stakeholders. Moreover, simply by appealing to youthful clientele and successfully marketing to such an audience the organization could create real public value because it would be able to work with younger students for a longer period of time than it typically has.
