Strategic Planning for Intermountain Healthcare In the hope of bringing hope and a better life for people who cannot afford standard healthcare, the medics have come up with a medical institution that offers voluntary medical services. This institution was brought out to help the people who come from low-income families to access medical attention just like the rest of the citizens. Intermountain Healthcare Hospital was established this way. In the present, the hospital is offering services that touch on all potential ailments affecting the people. There is a growing need among all the citizens to have an established service charter that favors their existence as patients. Notably, better terms of service have been attained with the continued presence of the facility of the hospital. This hospital serves all the patients regardless of the class they belong on a free basis. He American government under the leadership of President Barack Obama has been at the forefront of bringing reforms that bind the provision of medical services to all people in America.

I have a good background informational base with the institutions that offer service to the people. I have also managed to live within the limits of trade rules that have been set out by those who cared to know. The studies that I have undertaken in schools have had a profound effect on me building networks that bind. This has also made it possible for me to learn the importance of constructing relationships over things that matter. The basis of my knowledge is to make work simpler for the medical personnel working within the organizational environment. This has made it possible for me to live within the limits of trade and learn more about the rest of the players in the industry. The main concern is the fact that I have been seeking to meet the specific demands of my workplace alongside the better part of the field I majored in.

As a team player, I hope to work well with the rest of the students to meet the needs of those around me. The main reason I have been in touch with the rest of the members of the students population is the fact that I have the ability to work well with those I am assigned the duty to work with. There is also a better chance for me to grow within the system by employing mechanisms that can bring hope to me. The current system of trade rules requires me to work with those I can meet their demands and learn to be flexible within the hospital. Schooling has enabled me to establish good links with people I can work well with. It is also through this present day interaction with the rest of the populations that I have been able to appreciate the importance of constructive criticisms over the present day work at school. The most important asset with this system is that knowledge shared about schoolwork has enabled me move a better level that before and thus in analyzing the benefits of this institution to the modern day living, I will be better placed in coming up with good results.

Need for the Strategic Plan

The Intermountain Healthcare Institution is a model hospital system that has established itself on the basis of growing talent and managing the best of what human resources can devote to service to humanity. The institution is also based on how best to deal with the growing population of people who can bridge the gap between networks that work for the good of the people and those that leads to optimal utilization of resources that assist in life. It is also important to seek a better chance for the country to grow within the precincts of networks in the medical fraternity that recognize the importance of collective responsibly. In the current dispensation, there is a growing development where people get to build each other through concerted efforts of those they care.

The hospital has the potential of getting better results and greatly changing the welfare of the people for the better. In this regard, it has become necessary to establish networks through the known paths of control and to build them in a steady manner that recognizes the importance of human service. Therefore, it pays to have the people seeking to be included in the program to work towards meeting the desired objectives of the organization. The role of the managers will also be made easier with the use of better terms of trade and the creation of a good plan to meet the needs of the patients. Majorly, it is about the kind of environment and about the availability of funds for the organization that meets the needs set. It is also seen that most of the targets set in the past by the leadership have not been fully accomplished due to the slackness of the staff and the lack of a proper scheme of service that can meet the needed demands. This necessitates the establishment of a more responsive strategic plan and a good system of the network that can improve the human relations at work. Some of the appalling concerns are related to the creation of better and smoother relationships between people in the workplace. The demand set will also mean that managers at the organization will have a new approach to the work that they do.
A strategic plan befits Intermountain Healthcare because much of what it does depends on the ability of the stakeholders to meet the specific demands facing them. The main features of this strategic plan will be on areas of 'managing work that depends on built networks and working on the places that meet the best of returns. Evidently, most of the places where work needs to be done depend on the availability of the willingness of the employees to execute better terms of employment. The strategic plan will allow the management to handle the challenges arising when day-to-day activities are being undertaken besides creating a chance for all the stakeholders to participate in the making of policies (Talbot, 2013). The strategic plan will also ensure that the needed plans for the betterment of the company's future depend on the actualization of best methods of development in the current world. It is also seen that most of the leaders who want the best of what can come out of their leadership program have the mandate to act on behalf of the rest of the people in the country.

There is a common rally call for a dedicated service to the nation and the actualization of believes that can make work easier. The best way to develop working plan for the institution is through the harmonization of work. The better part of this arrangement is in the making of better parts of arrangements that lead to better life. In the case of better decision-making projects, there is a better way of making proceeds from the current case of management. It is much better to deal with plans of many people less than one program that recognizes the need for the future endeavors and handle the best of what can come out of the world through better statements ) White, 2010). There is also a growing demand for the people who are tasked with specific functions to act on the expectations of work done. It is also seen that most of the employees who have specific roles to play at work need to be allowed to live within the means that they can afford.

There is also a better chance for the people in the world to seek better treatment from those they best understand the mechanisms of work that happens. The most important thing to do is to allow all the players in the industry to act within the limits that they can work with. It is also seen that with the growing number of people being taken to task about the accountability role-played by the many of them with defined roles. There is a better way to make sure that the best efforts lead to results that are needed. It must be seen that there should be desirable needs to meet the specific needs of the market as they arise.
