In the hope of bringing hope and a better life for people who cannot afford standard healthcare, the medics have come up with a medical institution that offers voluntary medical services. This institution was brought out to help the people who come from low-income families to access medical attention just like the rest of the citizens. Intermountain Healthcare Hospital was established this way. In the present, the hospital is offering services that touch on all potential ailments affecting the people. There is a growing need among all the citizens to have an established service charter that favors their existence as patients. Notably, better terms of service have been attained with the continued presence of the facility of the hospital. This hospital serves all the patients regardless of the class they belong on a free basis. The main concern is the fact that I have been seeking to meet the specific demands of my workplace alongside the better part of the field I majored in.

As a team player, I hope to work well with the rest of the students to meet the needs of those around me. The main reason I have been in touch with the rest of the members of the students population is the fact that I have the ability to work well with those I am assigned the duty to work with. There is also a better chance for me to grow within the system by employing mechanisms that can bring hope to me. The current system of trade rules requires me to work with those I can meet their demands and learn to be flexible within the hospital. Schooling has enabled me to establish good links with people I can work well with. It is also through this present day interaction with the rest of the populations that I have been able to appreciate the importance of constructive criticisms over the present day work at school. The most important asset with this system is that knowledge shared about schoolwork has enabled me move a better level that before and thus in analyzing the benefits of this institution to the modern day living, I will be better placed in coming up with good results.

Need for the Strategic Plan

The Intermountain Healthcare Institution is a model hospital system that has established itself on the basis of growing talent and managing the best of what human resources can devote to service to humanity. The institution is also based on how best to deal with the growing population of people who can bridge the gap between networks that work for the good of the people and those that leads to optimal utilization of resources that assist in life. It is also important to seek a better chance for the country to grow within the precincts of networks in the medical fraternity that recognize the importance of collective responsibly.
