Internal Environmental Conditions
Strengths
The location selected by the health care organization is placed in an accessible area, which is close to the neighborhoods of the community residents. This is an easily accessible location, which implies that clients will visit the healthcare in case of emergencies. In addition, the healthcare organization is renowned for its well-organized amenities, and services it renders. One other strength is that it has a capable, dependable and loyal workforce who can steer the organization successfully to reach its goal (Warner, 2010). In addition, the health care organization has an innovative culture. It is through the pioneering factor that has driven the business to success and instigated this expansion and growth that it currently enjoys. Secondly, the health care organization ensures that all the customers' wants and needs are all attended during their stay within the premises. This institutes trust, which will be strength for the establishment.
Weaknesses
For the healthcare organization to succeed, it management team has to work together in order to produce results. The institutional features of the company including the mission, the long-term goals, and the human resource management perspectives have to be reviewed and improved. More distinctively, the human resource department of the company is in need of reorganization. The board of directors is yet to accept the SHRM model presented for the company. It is imperative for the company to have a proper understanding and function together so as to not destabilize the company.
External Environmental Conditions
Opportunities
One of the opportunities that the healthcare organization ought to undertake is diversify the products and services that it renders. Presently, the company offers bedding services for only 200 patients. As a result, this will increase the consumer base of the organization, which in turn will increase the revenue generated by the organization (Warner, 2010). The organization has entered a new community. The inference is that, it has the opportunity to grow and dominate the health care service sector within the community and continue its expansion plans into other communities. More so, the community in consideration has a great number of middle-income group individuals due to the high population. This offers a great opportunity to expand and grow the business (Warner, 2010).
