The new booking system that is going to be implemented in TravelAG is going to play an essential role in the company's way of functioning. While they were previously using a relatively simple system, employees are going to be provided with a much more intricate type of technology that is going to be able to perform a series of additional tasks in comparison to the old system. The support team assisting with taking care of the new system also plays an important role in the overall development. The fact that individuals are going to be available on a constant basis and that they are going to provide solutions to every problem people might encounter also makes the new system much more reliable.

With the company's booking system currently changing, individuals in the company need more exposure to information regarding the new system. In order to gain a complex understanding of the new booking system before it goes live, employees have to be provided with the chance to understand how the new system works and use it effectively. As a consequence training sessions need to be organized, this making it more likely for people to be accept the program.

By taking individuals in groups and providing them with a graduate understanding of the system, the company as a whole is probable to progress while also dealing with tasks it has been dealing with until that time. It is thus crucial to organize the change development in order for it to occur in a season when the company's employees have more free time and are available to attend training session. During this period they are also likely to concentrate on diverse programs that the new system might encounter.

In order to be able to accumulate information much faster in comparison to employees who might be inclined to favor the old system and thus encounter problems accepting the new one, super users are going to be created. These individuals can even be from outside of the company and their job would initially involve having to familiarize with the new system and understand it to a degree to which they would know most of its functionalities.

With the numerous departments in the company having different degrees of understanding of how the company works, training sessions would have to be designed in order to fit each individual's needs. This means that super users initially dealing with the new system would have to interact with various departments at times and to become better acquainted with the way that they operate. They can then provide these individuals with more information that people would normally have trouble understanding and can thus play an active role in the implementation of the new system.

Making it possible for individuals to accumulate information fast is an essential part of the project. The faster that people become acquainted with the new system the faster they are probable to go through change. This is going to enable the company to experience as little issues as possible during the restructuring process.

I became acquainted with information regarding this concept that the whole company is going to be affected by as a consequence of playing a super user role. I was initially provided with the opportunity to test the new system and to learn more about it. Even with the fact that my role also involved having to encounter significant problems while adapting the system to the company's workflow, it also provided me with the chance to observe these respective problems and to notify other employees concerning solutions they need to employ when dealing with situations that can slow their activities.

Business content needs to be regarded in a way that makes it possible for the user to deliver it efficiently. As a consequence, a super user role would entail having to focus both on accumulating information and on delivering it in a way that makes it easier for other employees to understand it. Such a person would also have to try and use information that is succinct and that achieves the exact goals that the company's managers are concerned about.
