A table of contents is included, and it does use capital letters for all the major divisions of the report. Subheadings are also used. The content is fairly well developed and generally remains on point related to RPM.

However, there are some formatting issues with page breaks. There is at least one orphaned line. There is also no abstract, and instead the author includes random words and phrases. The cover letter is formatted well and written in a straightforward and concise manner. Likewise, the cover page is formatted brilliantly with different sized fonts and proper centering. The table of contents is likewise formatted well, with the eye drawn to the different size and bold texts of the main headings, and the smaller text used in the subheadings. The list of illustrations follows, and prepares the reader for discovering a wealth of visuals. In addition to charts and graphs, a table of pros and cons allows the reader to easily skim the material for core data. An abstract appears as it should, on its own page, using Roman numeral page numbers to differentiate itself as introductory material. Figures are used throughout the text, rather than attached at the end as an afterthought. The content of the report is superior, with ample cultural references woven into the analysis. Unfortunately, the direct attention to RPM is lacking. Although…
