Technology is still advancing and organizations are incorporating what technology has to offer. This helps them remain relevant and efficient in their activities. Project mangers have a major role to play when it comes to the life cycle of a project. Technology is seen to have an important role in streamlining the roles and speeding up the completion time of projects. How valuable technology in project management is totally dependent on how it is utilized. This can only happen if the appropriate tools are used in a proper way.
