President / CEO

Carol Richardson

Carol is the President and CEO of Florida Adult Medicine and GYN Specialist LLC. Carol holds her PhD and has over 23 years of industry experience. Carol founded the company as she believed she saw an opportunity within the overall healthcare industry to provide unpatrolled service and quality. Carol has utilized her extensive experience in the industry to provide unbridled service to her clients and customers. She prides herself on establishing an organization that is genuinely concerned about the well-being of their clients. As a result of her extreme passion for customer service, Carol from a business standpoint, is able to charge premium prices to clients. Clients realizing the incredible value proposition that Carol provides, are willing to pay for the services of her team.

Carol began her career as an intern with Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. While at the hospital, Carol quickly rose through the ranks to become executive vice president of the organization. While in this role, Carol was in charge of the strategic operations of the business. Aspects in regards to staffing, budget, and company strategy were devised by Carol and her team. Under Carols watch, Baptist Health received the highest customer satisfaction scores within the Florida area. Baptist Health also was recognized as one of the Top 50 Best Places to work in the Jacksonville community.

After her departure from Baptist Health, Carol moved on to found Florida Adult Medicine and GYN Specialist LLC. Her goal is to make her company one of the best medical facilities in the world.

Finance and Administration

James Nichols

James Nichols has over 19 years of finance and investment experience. James was instrumental in obtaining the financing for the expansion of Florida Adult Medicine and GYN Specialist LLC during its initial stages. Currently James overseas all the accounting and finance functions of the business.

Prior to joining the company James served as Vice President of Community Banking at Wells Fargo. In this capacity, James was in charge of expanding the companies leading retail distribution network. James also helped oversee the merger between Wachovia and Wells Fargo, which at the time, was the largest banking merger in history.

James is a chartered financial analyst. He holds his MBA from New York University. He received his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Florida.

James is also an active member in the CFA institute and the Jacksonville Urban League.

Operations/Technology

Amy Lang

Amy Lang oversees the technology and software development aspects of the business. In her capacity, Amy is charges with utilizing technology to create efficient and seamless operations. Amy also uses technology to help foster the company's competitive advantage against peers.

Prior to joining the company, Amy was a senior executive at IBM's hardware division. Here Amy was in charge of improving and innovating the server product line of IBM. While at IBM Amy, maintained the company's leadership in mainframe development. She also innovating the existing product lineup by nearly doubling memory life with the company's servers. Her unit also saw double digit sales increases from 2010- 2013. While in this capacity, Amy also helped IBM transition into cloud-based client solutions before her subsequent departure.

Amy is an avid running and an environmentalist. She obtained her Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Florida. She also received her bachelor's degree in management from Florida International University.

Marketing/Sales

Andy Boozer

Andy Boozer is charge of Marketing and Sales. His main role is to facilitate sales growth with existing and potential clients. Andy is also in charge of building the company brand and creating customer awareness.

Equipped with 15 years of experience building sales and managing accounts, Andy uses her expansive network to empower health care professionals with the tools they need to increase clientele and connect with vendors. His venture into the health care industry began in 2002 when he founded SAIJADE, a line of healthcare facial products. It was through his experiences in developing his own line that he became inspired to grow the brand. As a result, of his salesmanship, the brand was eventually purchased by Johnson and Johnson in its health care division.

Eager to share his talents and resources with others, Jamie has collaborated with various nonprofit and for-profit organizations to strengthen the awareness of sustainability. A natural connector, he is member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and Ladies Who Launch.

Human Resources

Mary Jackson

Mary is a results oriented professional with 20 years of human resources management experience working in the fields of healthcare, and manufacturing. Her areas of expertise are in benefits analysis and administration, compensation, staff training & development, workers compensation, safety training, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HRIS.

Prior to joining the team, Mary was the HR manager at Macy's Inc. During her tenure at Macy's, turnover was at its lowest rate in nearly 2 decades. She also help institute an employee engagement initiative designed to help increase satisfaction in the work place. An avid believer in happy employees create satisfied customers, Mary also helped increase the company's Net Promoter Score during her tenure. She also helped to promote health and safety practices as Macy's helping to alleviate millions of dollars in claims expense.
