According to Hoy & Miskel (2012), elements of educational administration include theory, research, and practice. In this case, educational administration is regarded as the art and science of applying knowledge to organizational and administrative issues. Through educational administration, teachers or educators utilize different approaches to teaching, which are commonly known as educational processes.

The educational processes differ across learning environments as teachers seek to generate improved students' outcomes based on the specific characteristics of the students in the classroom. Students play a crucial role in the structure of the organization and in professional development since their feedback informs teaching practices. Educational Processes in the Video The video, Sharing Ideas at EYFS, has various educational processes that are identified through peer education and are beneficial in this learning environment, especially with regards to enhancing students' learning and eventual outcomes.

One of the educational processes utilized in this classroom is modeling in which the teacher modeled a letter to the students before they could have a go at writing it themselves. Secondly, the teachers utilize gentle pace to help the children move from one task to another. The third educational process mentioned in the video is increasing students' involvement in planning what they want to learn. This could be achieved through creating planning teams rather than having the entire class giving their ideas to the teacher at the same time.

The fourth educational process in the video is role playing in which teachers get more involved in the learning process. Through this, teachers enhance their interactions with students and conduct observations that help improve learning processes. Benefits of these Processes As evident in the video, the educational processes identified through peer observation of the teaching methods utilized by these educators have some benefits in relation to enhancing the teaching process and contributing to improved learning outcomes for the students.

Modeling was beneficial to students since it involved class demonstrations by the teacher before asking students to get involved. The benefits of this educational process include increased concentration, enthusiasm, and increased students' involvement in learning process and activity. In the video, children went into the task immediately, were sure of what to do, concentrated, and were very interested and enthusiastic in posting the letter following modeling. Moreover, modeling enables students or children to understand criteria and reference learning (Parisio, 2011).

On the other hand, the benefit of using gentle pace in the learning process is that it enables students to quickly and enthusiastically engage in other learning tasks through effective transition. Moreover, this educational process helps in getting the children more involved in different learning tasks and activities. Increasing students' involvement in planning what they want to learn helps in promoting and enhancing their engagement in the learning process and activities as well as increasing their enthusiasm.

Role playing is also beneficial in the sense that it enhances students' involvement in the learning process, improves interactions between students and teachers, ensures students grasp the lesson, and enables teachers to attend to the individual needs of students. Uniqueness of Approach to Professional Development In addition to providing different educational processes and their associated benefits, the video presents a unique approach to professional development. This unique approach is peer observation through which teachers discovered that learning can be improved by applying four major components or processes i.e.

to involve children in the planning, modeling, role playing to allow time for observation, and to take more risks. Peer education is utilized as a tool for professional development since it helps in analyzing and improving the quality of teaching. The uniqueness of this approach to professional development is it enables teachers to observe each other's practice, provide feedback, and discuss teaching processes and practices (Davys, 2007, p.489).

Through this approach, teachers not only receive feedback on the effectiveness of their teaching techniques but also learn important elements from others which they can incorporate into their own teaching practice. Therefore, the uniqueness of this approach to professional development is embedded on reflection and learning. Peer education enables teachers to reflect on their teaching practices since they obtain feedback from and hold discussions with their colleagues. With regards to learning, teachers observe and identify new teaching techniques utilized by their colleagues and incorporate them into their own practice.

This helps in improving their teaching processes and ensures that they are not isolated and confined to their own teaching practices. Students Role in Organizational Structure and Professional Development Students play a crucial role in professional development since the main goal of teaching it to enhance their learning outcomes. Students provide important feedback to teachers regarding the learning environment and teaching practice adopted by educators. This feedback is in turn utilized to enhance the classroom and teaching practice so that students obtain maximum value from the learning process.

In essence, students' feedback regarding teaching practice enhances professional development by enabling teachers to evaluate effectiveness of their techniques and identify areas that need improvement or modifications. Students play an important part in educational administration because of their role in the structure of the organization. While students have historically not been involved in determination of the structure of the organization, their role in this process is becoming increasingly important.

Through their feedback regarding the specific elements of the learning environment, students influence the structure of the organization with regards to institutional activity and learning culture. In this case, students' learning experiences are used as the basis of determining the suitability of the structure of the organization relative to their various learning activities and learning culture of the institution (Kowalski, 2012).
