The education along with the experience in business and technology is required for the accountants to perform their duties accurately. The business also prefers that the individual account has performed some business valuation projects in order to demonstrate experience.

It will not only enable the individual to gain insight of the business but at the same time it will also allow the understanding of the nature with respect to expenses and revenues. The knowledge of law and legal issues is also an added advantage. The awareness of regulatory framework will also be originated through in depth knowledge of law and regulations. The overall balance of business, accounting, and legal knowledge will provide a desired platform of personal abilities.

Skills and Abilities:

The skills and abilities are primarily for the account's job is focused on the accounting related principles. The skills of an accountant include a primary recording and reconciliation of expenses and earnings. The job experience is also basic requirement including the CPA license.
