Thesis assertion: For many years, abortion has been a controversial subject, with much debate among pro-life and pro-choice feminists. Nonetheless, if users can view together to resolve the conflict, the community may be able to maximize advances toward women's abortion rights.

Outline

A. Introduction: Abortion is a medical intervention used to end a pregnancy. It is primarily a healthcare stipulation for millions of pregnant women worldwide.

B. Controversy: The US Supreme Court ruled in Roe v Wade that a woman's right to terminate her pregnancy was guarded by the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution

C. Thesis Statement: Pro-choice and pro-life advocates have argued over abortion for years. Still, if users can agree, it may help society make significant progress toward women's abortion rights.

1. Abortion decriminalization endangers women by forcing them to seek abortions from unlicensed practitioners.

2. The freedom of abortion must be included in a solution of pregnancy rights that allows women to make voluntary decisions about terminating a pregnancy genuinely.

B. Not all pro-choice advocates favor abortion, although some have been attempting to find practical remedies to many issues which lead to abortion.

C. The main flaw in opposing views is a dearth of readiness and instruction for such discussions about abortion consequences ith women and misinformation about abortion ( Plos ONE, 2020).

Conclusion: To gain complete legal, cultural, and socioeconomic equality with men, women must have free access to abortion. To have identical privileges as males, women need the abortion choice. Women require the right to abortion to have total authority over their bodies; without it, women are morally inferior to males.

This paper discusses why preparing for a secure abortion is a top wellness priority; therefore, why is legalized abortion a guaranteed entitlement for women, particularly those from oppressed minorities such as refugees and indigenous communities. Women's Rights is appropriate to my essay because it demonstrates that abortion should be a choice for women. In particular, the section will describe how challenges such as unintended pregnancy, rape, and aggressive relationship issues justify women's power to dictate their existences and choose having have had to have an abortion. It means that states should collaborate to legitimize abortion to secure it (M, 2002).
