Tootsie Rolls/Pops
Michelle Obama may look like the model health-conscious citizen, but underneath all the glamour and pampered style is a little chubby girl just waiting to burst free of her bondage. One could surmise that Michelle has had a lot of tootsie pops and rolls in her youth, and though she fondly recalls the taste of those chocolate treats, she now abstains from them, and she makes her daughters abstain from them as well.
Previous reports have shown that these little nougats of delight are a favorite with children, so her daughters are probably missing out and will likely hold that against Michelle as they grow older. One can already hear the faint echoes of their clamoring voices recalling such travesties. The Tootsie Roll website even touts the fact that their brands "resonate strongly among every age, group, culture and demographic…qualifying them as a truly enduring, iconic American confections" (Goldberg, McDonell, Santhakumar, Wood, & Marquardt, N.d, p1). A solution is at hand however, that will save Michelle -- and countless millions of other over-anxious mothers -- from a life of regret and guilt. Sugar free tootsie rolls and pops!
To illustrate the potential of such an event, a survey was undertaken to determine exactly how viable such an undertaking would be. This survey was administered and feedback was provided that enabled the researcher to enhance and improve the survey to garner additional response. Examples of the first survey, and the more modern and improved survey are attached to this paper.

Is the taste of the sugar-free Tootsie Roll comparable?
Do you perceive this product as being a healthier alternative?
Would you purchase a sugar-free Tootsie Roll?
GENERAL FEEDBACK: It was easy to figure out and answer the questions, and it was really simple. It would have probably been a much more effective survey if you had used graphics and included a number of choices. The questions could be considered as easy to answer, and enough to at least determine a level of interest that could be presented to the Board for a decision.
REVISED SURVEY
