This study focuses on Vodafone as a public limited company where its objectives, mission, and vision are clearly elucidated. Various aspects affecting the success of Vodafone PLC in the UK and EU are also identified including policies and competition from firms offering similar goods/services. The effects of global factors on the success of the company are also discussed.
