To learn more about these issues, the purpose of this essay is to provide a series of empirical observations based on personal experience as an insurance billing manager in order to persuade readers concerning the importance of developing and maintaining effective on-the-job problems-solving skills in general and with respect to professional insurance billing managers in particular. Following this discussion, the essay provides a summary of the research and important findings concerning the importance of effective on-the-job problem-solving skills in the conclusion.
