Promotion is a joke. It's not about ability
Promotion is always political over performance no matter in which Wal-Mart division you work.

The business purpose of research is to discover problems of the organization and address them as well as to investigate potential opportunities for the organization. The survey is an instrument that may be used with clients, stakeholders, employees and anyone connected with the organization and allows them to volunteer their opinion n a protected confidential manner so that the organization may become better aware of existent situations that need addressing. The survey also points to potential opportunities that the managers of the organization may be unaware of, as well as indicating client's needs and market interests. Awareness of these needs can open up potentially lucrative avenues for the organization in question.
The problem that I am trying to solve in this particular assignment is the possibility of women's advancement in comparison to men's. I work in Wal-Mart, and since gender issues are a prominent contemporary and organizational concern, investigation into the possibility of Wal-Mart falling short of equal opportunity gender requirements would help the organization to improve their standards in this area.
