In summary, Etisalat's vision is a world where people reach is not limited by matter or distance. As a telecommunication company, its main vision is to create social contact and a profound transfer of information irrespective of geographic location. In essence, Etisalat is attempting to create a world where people will effortlessly stay in touch with family and friends. In addition, Etisalat would like to create a world where businesses of all sizes can reach new markets without the limitations of distance and travel. This vision as it relates to organizational behavior is particularly lofty. For one, competition, due primarily to globalization has created an environment in which human capital is vital to success.
