Anwar Venture Corporation was founded in 1990 by Mr. Gann Anwar and Mr. Ian Sidwa.

Anwar and Sidwa are both disabled Vietnam Veterans who established themselves in venture capital funding in the 1980s. The truly unique aspect of this company's venture capital funding strategy is the requirement that the business on the receiving end of venture capital funding from Anwar Venture Corporation is hiring of disabled and handicapped workers and most specifically, the hiring of United States armed forces veterans who have either become disabled or handicapped as a result of their service time in the U.S. armed forces.

Anwar Venture Corporation provides venture capital funds on a worldwide basis with the home base of Anwar Venture Corporation being in Atlanta, Georgia. II. ORGANIZATIONAL MISSION The organizational mission of Anwar Venture Corporation is to provide venture capital funding for new business start-ups that show promise in their product and strategic framework and that employ disabled and handicapped U.S. armed services veterans. III. ORGANIZATIONAL VISION Anwar Venture Corporation envisions lucrative employment opportunities for U.S.

service members who are handicapped or disabled following their term of services in the U.S. armed forces in contrast to the all too pervasive unemployed status of many disabled and handicapped armed services veterans. IV. ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES Organizational values have as the basis the principle of upon equal employment opportunities for all individuals regardless of race, sex, gender, ethnicity, religious choice, political choice, and regardless of their status as a disabled or handicapped veteran.

Other organizational values include the following: 1) Honesty; 2) Integrity; 3) Productive and motivated workers; 4) Promotion of a workplace that respects all individuals; 5) Promotion of a workplace that enables all employees to excel and achieve their individual best; 6) Lucrative investments, which serve to raise company earnings and further the organizational mission of Anwar Venture Corporation. V. EMPLOYEES of the COMPANY Anwar Venture Corporation presently employees 3,770 individual, more than 50% of which are disabled and handicapped U.S. armed services veterans.

These individuals are located in 12 locations around the world including Spain, the UK, Africa, India, 3 South America locations, New Zealand, and Australia. VI. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE The organizational structure of Anwar Venture Corporation is one in which a board of directors reviews venture funding decisions of the corporation. Anwar Venture Corporation is supportive of entrepreneurship and especially related to entrepreneurship among disabled and handicapped U.S. armed services veterans. The Board of Directors is answerable directly to stakeholders in the company.

Next, in the hierarchy of the organizational structure are managers and supervisors in human resources and venture funding departments. Human Resources is further in charge of and responsible for all employee hiring, orientation, training, locational placement, as well as other matters concerning employee - company matters.

Anwar Venture Corporation has an open-door policy and employees are highly encouraged to approach their immediate supervisor and manager and speak directly and concisely to them in relation to any concerns, problems, or challenges that the employee faces while in the employment of Anwar Venture Corporation. VII. SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING PROGRAM Anwar Venture Corporation will not tolerate sexual harassment in any form whatsoever and individuals having been found guilty of committing acts of sexual harassment will be immediately and irrevocably terminated from the employment of Anwar Venture Corporation.

Sexual harassment may take several forms including: 1) Physical (touching or making other unwanted and inappropriate physical contact); 2) Verbal (innuendos, suggestiveness, catcalls, whistles, comments on someone's body, telling inappropriate risque jokes, etc.); 3) Insinuated sexual interchange through making motions, which are sexually suggestive in nature. 1. Employees Required to Attend the Training Session All Anwar Venture Corporation employees will be required to attend sexual harassment training as well as will all companies that will be in receipt of Anwar Venture funding in their business venture. 2.
