Attraction Is Something Felt by

Attraction is something felt by almost all of the creatures on earth, with both humans and insects choosing their partners depending on several factors ranging from behavior to appearance. The phenomenon of attraction generally influences certain people in searching for others in order for them to have their lives changed. People are normally attracted by those that make them feel comfortable and by those that they consider to have a personality similar to theirs.

Attraction has been a curiosity for humankind ever since its early years, and, even the ancient philosophers have written on the subject, attempting to make it easier for people to understand it. Consequent to feeling that they are attracted to each other, people engage in an intentional relationship. There are some people that consider that attraction comes after a series of episodes in which two persons are being influenced in liking each other.

A number of researchers believe that there is no connection between attraction and the surrounding environment in which the two people that feel attracted to each other live. Apparently, attraction strictly depends on the personal choices of two persons. However, there are also sources claiming that the surrounding environment can have a strong effect on relationships. There is a large possibility for people to be influenced by a certain state of affairs in liking others.

One does not necessarily need to be attracted to another in order for attraction to take place, as he or she can also be attracted to virtually everything that exists. Attraction can be intended or unintended, and, it may be shared or not. Attraction can be mainly determined by the liking-disliking factor, by the facts that one knows about another person, and by the way that the other person behaves. People cannot live in solitude, as they constantly need to be accompanied by others that make them feel comfortable.

Long-term close relationships relate to people considering that there is an almost perfect compatibility between themselves and the other person. Sometimes people feel that there is a powerful connection between themselves and someone else shortly after their first encounter with the respective person. This is due to the fact that familiarity intervenes and makes it possible for people to immediately form a bond. In order for them to feel safer, people have the tendency to form bonds with those that have similar principles and interests as themselves.

People like others that they believe to be familiar, and that they can understand and even influence. Attraction can also be felt towards those that make people feel good about themselves, and, that appreciate and admire them for what they are. Consequent to learning that their personalities are similar, two people are most likely to feel that it would be safe for them to form a relationship. Physical attractiveness is one of the main factors influencing people in.
