Nike and his team will also need to ensure the core vision, mission and core values are all agile enough to respond to swift changes in the economic and socio-political structure of the island yet rigid and strong enough to be actionable (Pandelica, Pandelica, Dabs, 2010). The unique attributes of this type of framework are critical for excelling on Kava, known for natural disasters, extreme weather events and general unpredictability of infrastructure. To ensure the success of this venture, Nike will also need to make sure every member of the team has bought into and internalizes the mission, vision and direction of the team.
