The company's concentration risk was found to be relatively low and is undoubtedly due to the diversification in the portfolio that the bank holds. It was further identified that the organization must implement credit risk management training and development throughout the entire organization. Credit risk management can only be furthered developed through a holistic approach that is built into the very fabric of the organization.
