Extracurricular Activities I Always Enjoy
I always enjoy my summer vacations in roaming around with friends but this time I decided to do something different. I joined my family business which is a human resource organization "Proeza Human Resources" as an internee. The purpose of doing internship was not only to gain practical experience in human resources but also to know in detail about my family business and adapt in its environment.
As a human resource internee, my job was to recruit, train, manage and develop other internees. Along with performing these activities, I gained practical experience about team building, organizational development and performance management. Honestly speaking, I had very little idea about all these concepts which I read in books, but I learned about these after looking at their practical application. In addition to this, I also learned how to handle, manage, and support employees and the other skills that are needed to start a career as a human resource manager.
