The structure and organization of the resources that make it possible to provide health care services to target populations is referred to as a health care system. The variety of health care systems is very wide with strong evolutionary histories tied to the governments, religious organizations, charitable organizations, labor unions, and for-profit market participants. Models of healthcare systems, resource allocation, cost comparisons, and global partnerships are all discussed.

Servant Leadership Defining Servant Leadership The principles of Servant Leadership were laid out by founder Robert Greenleaf in his important 1970 book, The Servant as Leader. Greenleaf, to his great credit, wanted to stress the point that leaders should first serve, and later lead through service. The leaders who have power but have not led, and use the power to push his or her own viewpoints and agenda, are not the kind of leaders Greenleaf was referring to. In fact in the Center for Servant Leadership website, the theory and philosophy of Servant Leadership is clearly spelled out: "A servant-leader focuses primarily in the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong…the servant leader shares power, puts the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible" (www.greenleaf.org). In this paper the goal will be to define and explain servant leadership in a context involving both religion and philosophy.

Abstract Modern society focuses on the maximization of the benefits of globalization relating to increase in the level of revenues, production, and market share. This has led to the increase in demand for the global leaders to maximize, utilize, and exploit available opportunities following aspects of globalization in the modern economy. Global leaders possess competent skills, abilities, and talents for the maximization of the goals and objectives of globalization in the presence of cultural diversity. The main objective of this research paper is to find a video clip focusing the demonstration of specific or functional competency of a global leader. This focuses on the examination and explanation of the specific competency while integrating ways of developing a global leader. The second part of the assignment will focus on the preparation of a global leader in a new working environment and leadership position.

A stakeholder profile provides a detailed description of the various characteristics of a stakeholder groups or organization. This is important because it acts as a reference for the staff to draw on when planning for a project. The characteristics included will depend on the stakeholder but may include your relationship with them, description of barriers for change, and the key issues or concerns. In addition, stakeholder profiles that developed utilizing the knowledge and experience of part of the staff and members can ensure that the information is comprehensive.

MANAGEMENT 302 Management involves numerous studies, theories, tests and applications. Some useful theories are Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, the McGregor XY Theory test, Hofstede's cultural assessments, Tuckman's four stages of forming, storming, norming Group Stages, and the 7 dimensions of corporate culture. Using these and other tools, we discover that Southwest Airlines, Inc. and the Coca-Cola Company use widely different tactics and dimensions, yet both are leaders in their industries. Clearly, knowledgeably applying different tactics and dimensions can be highly successful.

Summary of Environmental management (EM) and env.psychology. Anything done to a certain setting (environment) – whether something is created or modified/ altered – that leads to changes far beyond its immediate environment. The environment can be both physical (such as a park), or intangible (such as the cultural environment of a business organization). EM can mean no change to environment in which degradation is more likely to occur, or management of improvement/ positive changes to environment. This refers to any changes to environment that can arouse a certain mood and can have a certain psychological impact on the person who sees that environment, or lives in that environment.
