The future of business success is going to be different than the past. Even for someone who learned critical life skills through competitive sports and hands-on work through home and family jobs, the opportunities are ripe for them to make themself into a transformation leader for tomorrow. Asia has always been a centre of attention in world's politics. A single decision made by one of the Asian countries has a tendency of altering the world's political and economic scenery. A change in Afghanistan changed the perception about world's security and enunciated an on-going war of peace. Similarly, China's growth has altered economic policies of many countries in the world. Hence, whatever takes place in Asia shakes the world to its roots. This region has a lot of importance from economic point of view. However, even internally, there is a constant struggle in Asian countries for power and this battle is supported by the resources they have. Who has the most and knows how to use it, will decide the fate of this region.

A leadership philosophy can be described as the way we perceive ourselves as leaders. Not only our actions are guided by this philosophy but it also alters our behaviors and moulds our thoughts. Both internal and external forces are responsible for influencing our individual philosophies. By changing one's philosophy regarding leadership, one can definitely change himself/herself as a leader. Leadership philosophies can change an individual once he/she starts to analyze and understand his/her personality and individual characteristics within the context of leading.

Partnership is a legal business relationship between two or more people who agree to do business for the purposes of earning profit. It is considered as the most appealing option in setting up a new small scale business and growing it with the passage of time. In this business relationship, all the partners share profits and losses in an agreed ratio while assign the decision making powers to the partners who are more competent and experienced than the rest (Needles, Powers, & Crosson, 2011).

Labor relations today involve many sensitive and complex issues. Public and private sector unions, collective bargaining, and fair wage and benefit packages are of great importance to employees. Employers must take great care to support workers through win-win negotiations when and where possible. They should also exercise caution in their dealings with unions to avoid infringing on employee rights or violated laws and protections set in place by the NLRB.

Current Situation After receiving call from Division Commander regarding the death of COL Volar, all the responsibility has been laid on my shoulders now, as I am the permanent Brigade Commander. Although LTC Johnson will be coming to assist me for three months but ultimately I am the one responsible for bringing back "56th Heavy Brigade Combat Team (HBCT)" to its original position and be best in the Army.

In this paper, we are going to be studying the impact of leadership in an educational environment. This will be accomplished by focusing on: areas for team building, the six column frame work, specific strategies that can be utilized, how this impacts choices for learning and two strategies for dealing with underperforming students. Once this takes place, is when we will provide specific insights that will show how they can improve the quality of education inside schools across the country.

Leadership is important in the management of any organization, regardless of if the organization is a profit making or charitable one. All the people who have leadership traits can be managers, but not all managers are leaders. This paper aims at distinguishing between leadership and management, application of leadership theories in organizations and analysis of the effects of power and influence on followers. Leaders have the power to influence the behavior of followers into doing the things that they want them to do. Discussed in the paper are the roles of transformational and transactional leadership. For better understanding, the traits and characteristics of leaders are identified, to allow for management to imitate them. How leadership supports the mission and vision of the organization is also discussed, in length, to allow leaders to link their duties towards the realization of the organization's goals.

Abstract The study highlights the various aspects behind North Korea's provocation to the US, South Korea and Japan with the help of their nuclear weapons, media and foreign policy. Introduction: "The most critical thing in the war of North Korea is to teach everyone of our nation to hate US imperialism, or else, all of us will be unable to defeat them who are boating about their technological superiority." These are the famous words of the leader of North Korea who had instigated the hatred for US and its allies in the North Koreans. The beliefs and ideology of North Korea is entirely different from Unites States of America, Japan and South Korea and there have been many issues in the past amongst these nations. The conflicting national interest and the pursuit for technological superiority is a major threat to the world development and world security.
