The increased use of mobile phones and its related technology in the workplace has created dilemmas related to individual privacy. Whereas they are somehow critical in enhancing productivity, there are some risks associated with its use. This study outlines a multi-dimensional mobile device management initiative that addresses techniques for mitigating the identified risk. The implementation schedule and plan for engaging senior management sponsorship of the initiative and communication throughout the organization is also included.

Despite the vastly increased convenience offered by cloud computing – or perhaps because of it – IT security analysts have expressed alarm over the accelerated rate of implementation for this emerging technological advancement observing that because of "hardware virtualization, multiple users can now share the same physical infrastructure, which runs their distinct application instances simultaneously. Although it increases resource utilization, this unique multitenancy feature also presents new security and privacy vulnerabilities for user interactions" (Ren, Wang & Wang, 2012). Although a comprehensive security protocol in regards to cloud computing technology has not yet been fully implemented by the IT industry at large, the prevailing view among network security experts holds that "a multi-level cloud security model that integrates traditional access control systems with concepts such as location-based access control, data at rest encryption, data leakage prevention and data ownership ultimately should be in place to best protect agencies' sensitive data" (Berger, 2012).

The transactions of products produced under the label of Sunny Day salon are mainly related to hair care and the business seeks to open new avenues for sales. The existing customerslikely to purchase products that are categorized as consumables and as a result the business can target national and international markets. The consumableproducts will also be added to the existing product range and enabling it to become a diverse product range. The typical transaction perceived for the business expansion model is as following. The customers are likely to create an online account prior to purchase of products. They can surf for products on the e-commerce website using a guest account however prior to start shopping they need to create an account by providing their credit card details. The later process will allow them to select the products and place an order with their preferred mode and time of delivery.

This paper is on the Raleigh & Rosse case. This case covers several different issues, including human resources, crisis management, leadership and conflict within an organization. The case is evaluated with situational analysis, SWOT analysis, key facts, a STEP analysis and a scorched earth contingency plan if ownership remains intransigent.
