Behavior modification therapy is used in changing the behavior of children, adolescents and adults. However, its use in modifying or dealing with self-esteem is not considered to be very effective and is not used frequently. This paper discusses the basic elements of behavior modification therapy along with the theoretical concepts involved in it. Later on in the paper, ten different studies are discussed mentioning the efficacy of the therapy with regards to low self-esteem in children. In the end, the conclusion about the effectiveness of the behavior modification therapy in treating children with low self-esteem is discussed.

In this paper, we discuss the various leadership theories and how they are influencing an organization. As, we carefully examine the different ones and discuss how this will impact the long term sustainability of the firm. This is the point that we can determine how and when these different ideas should be used to motivate subordinates.

The purpose of this study is to examine spina bifida and nursing care interventions. Spina bifida is a birth defect in central nervous system occurring due to neural tube failure to close during embryonic development. The term spina bifida "comes from Latin and means ‘split' or ‘open' spine." (Laser Spine Institute, 2009) Spina bifida is reported to occur most commonly at the end of the first month of the pregnancy "when the two sides of the embryo's spine fail to join together, leaving an open area." (Laser Spine Institute, 2009) It is additionally reported that in some cases, "the spinal cord or other membranes may push through this opening in the back. The condition usually id detected before a baby is born and treated right away." (Laser Spine Institute, 2009)
