This allowed me to change any kind of negative perceptions and question why they are behaving a certain way. After this occurred, the student realized that their past behavior was no longer going to be tolerated. This is when there was transformation in how they were interacting with myself and others in the class. (Heacox, 2002)
How did you determine whether or not the outcome was successful?
The way that I was able to determine if the outcome was successful was based upon the level of changes in behavior. This was the most obvious sign that the student was transforming their attitudes and views on education. Moreover, the actual results were evidence of the changes in academic performance.
