Noting And Realizing The Basis Conclusion

All the guidance has to come from the teacher. Change begins with the teachers. Chaos and unrest are also other attributes of students who take part in computer-based programs. This will in most cases disrupt the teacher's attention leading to insufficiency in the teaching processes. If the teacher is not in a position to contain the disruptive behavior, then most likely students develop an attitude which allows them to cause disruptions in class. These disruptions are what are causing interference in learning processes. If the teachers ignore the student's behavior, then there is a high possibility the students will perform poorly in the examinations and tests. This is the other cause of poor performance brought about by the implementation of computer-based program in schools. Chaos is manageable in their early stages and proves hard to contain in the later stages as chaos spread very fast.

Qualitative studies and retrieving information from expert reports could be the most aggressive way to ensure a sufficient framework to enhance sufficiency in record handling. There is also the issue on designing a slot for registered nurses and their opinions regarding disruptive behavior in clinics especially in the acute care hospitals. The areas that deal with most patients are prioritized, and this may include the inpatient areas, ambulatories and other specific locations within the hospital.
The recruitment processes have to be diversified, and performance oriented, to ensure employees are well versed with their tasks and duties. The leadership patterns also have to be efficient to counter disruptive behavior. Some of the leadership theories that could be adopted include the transformational, transactional and corresponding moral theories.

Other research tools

This article has majored in qualitative research. However, researchers on the impact of computer-based programs could also take part in quantitative research techniques to ensure they have estimations (in figures), of what the majority opts for. Medical reports, journals, and electronic materials have to be researched thoroughly to get information of the best implementation processes of a framework that will reduce cases of disruptive behavior. Any further research of the above discussions has to be done by expertise personnel who are aware of the situation at hand.
