In the situation where the group in focus is in twenty one different locations, it is significant to choose the model that will best suit the group in terms of the number and the diversity of location. The most suitable mediums of communication that can be used in such a situation are e-mails (all-employees-e-mails), intranet updates, use of social media, teleconferencing and the video conferencing technology (The Communication Toolbox, 2008). These are the means that will prove to be most economical and fast enough to reach all the 21 destinations that are spread across the globe, yet efficient enough to ensure the intended communication is achieved.

Among the several mentioned mediums of communication that can be used in our case scenario, the most appropriate computer mediated communication that can be used is the video conferencing method.

Video conferencing is the technology that connects the users in various parts of the world so that they talk and sound as if they are all in the same room. All that they need is a computer which is the base of the whole system, a web camera, microphone for the audio and the internet broadband. This technology allows the users to talk and listen to each other as they also see each other on the computer monitors or projected on the wall in realtime. This gives the participants the advantage of a very well coordinated communication and exchange that the voice only cannot offer (Brown University, 2011).

This is a technology that is of choice to education and business sectors as it allows the organizations to save time and most important money that would be spent on air tickets, housing yet all these are cut down by bringing people face-to-face in a virtual manner via the internet. This is the medium that would meet the needs of the training on the new products that organization wants to introduce and make the same resource person to be able to educate all the 21 branches without him being present in any of these branches.

Vide conferencing is not only use in business situations but many prominent universities have also opted for this medium as an educational tool to be utilized in association with other modes like online courses.
