There was a similar attribution in the third paragraph, as given by Cecilia Walker. It gives her address and her age and how she had to slide down the cable. This led to bruises and burns. This surely has to be recited to the reported after the fact unless the reporter happened to see it. That is not really made clear but it is probably an account from after the fact, to be honest.
