Furthermore, it is now culturally inappropriate to include concepts of God and other aspects of religion as part of the normative educational experience. The general culture and society has experienced a decline in spiritual health. Home-schooling is a choice that affords parents more control, more supervision, and greater assurance that their children will be raised, infused, and socialized to be spiritually grounded and well-educated young people.

My Attitude:
When choosing to pursue home-schooling over that of the normative educational experience, parents take back a substantial amount of responsibility in the raising of their children. Children spend a great deal of their young lives in school. Therefore the experiences and the lessons they have during school weigh heavily upon the type of people they grow into. When children are home-schooled, those experiences and impressions can be more centered in the home, family, religion, and spirituality. If parents in pairs or in groups, have the opportunity to home school their children, it is an optimal choice.
My Purpose:
To demonstrate that with home-schooling there is an element of spirituality that permeates throughout the entire experience of education, and not just as a topic or subject in school. Spirituality then become ingrained throughout the entire education experience, with a deeper influence or impact upon the children's lives. In these ways, home-schooled children are not exposed to as much false doctrine and lead lives that are grounded in Christian doctrine.
My Thesis Statement:
Home-schooling is a choice that affords parents more control, more supervision, and greater assurance that their children will be raised, infused, and socialized to be spiritually grounded and well-educated young people.
My Audience:
People who are currently parents of infants to adolescents; people who may become parents very soon; people who are considering becoming parents through normative means or adoption; people who are professionals in education.

The audience is not illiterate, but the audience probably only has a layman's knowledge regarding home-school's existence and home-school practices.
2. Age? Gender? Race? Social Status? Location? Religion?
The audience likely consists of young adults to adults that were still within appropriate age to rear children. The audience may also include older adults such as grandparents or older aunts, uncles, and godparents who have to take secondary custody of school-aged children.
3. Where does my audience stand on the issue; are they Opposed or Neutral?
I would think that the portion of the audience has little knowledge on the subject and therefore little opinion, making them neutral and open to discussion. There would also likely be a significant portion of the audience that would be opposed because the classroom experience is the normative, mainstream experience. Therefore, there should be a significant portion of the audience that had has the very experience that the paper opposes, making them in opposition to the position of the paper.

B. If it is possible for a couple to home school their young children, it is the best choice academically, socially, and spiritually.
C. It is not necessary for parents to endeavor home-schooling alone. To do so could be considered reckless with respect to education and their child's general development.
D. There are numerous resources online and in places such as libraries where there is a wealth of resources and guidance for parents who wish to home-school their children. There are additionally a number of websites with information, checklists, and important administrative procedures that should be followed so as to adhere to home-school regulations and standards.
