Represented By The Psychological Mechanisms Research Proposal

I will use psychological studies discussing the arguments mentioned above, as well as practical case studies. I will use the interview as an instrument in order to perform a small scale research among the people I know to see if the conclusions of other studies in the field are similar to mine. I will try to keep an impartial point-of-view and at the same time provide some relevant personal opinions. Limitations: The limitations of the research reside in the impossibility to conduct a large scale applied research.

Delimitations: The research will try to reach relevant conclusions regarding the motivation that pushes people to exercise (or not).
