These inferences can create contrasting conclusions about what different events mean. (Goreham, 2010) How are scientific experiments conducted today?

Scientific experiments are conducted by looking at prior research. This provides actuaries with a background on the subject and a way to build off of this information. They will then, conduct their own experiment using a control group and independent variables. This will allow them to see what changes are occurring and how it is influencing the outcome. (Goreham, 2010)

Do the Milgram and Zimbardo experiments violate codes of conduct in the scientific community today?

Yes. This is because the code of conduct requires that all humans in experiments be treated humanely. The fact that they were not following these procedures is a clear indication that they were violating these principles. These basic standards were developed after World War II. This is because many Jew were used by the Nazis to conduct scientific experiments in the death camps. These atrocities highlighted how some kind of standards must be implemented to prevent these kinds of abuses in the future. (Hessenbruch, 2000) ("Abu Ghraib," 2008)

How did the atrocities at Abu Ghraib occur?

These views created an attitude of indifference about what was happening (especially at night). As most people felt that these were terrorists or Muslim extremists who were bent on destroying America. When this happened, officials were willing to look the other way based upon the beliefs and the consequences for detainees. Colney, Massey and EO; are illustrating how these shifts in attitudes allowed for these activities to occur with everyone having a sense of indifference. (Conley, 1999) (James, 2003) (Massey, 1989) ("Abu Ghraib," 2008)

Nagel's Model of Inter-Theoretic Reduction Nagel's Model of Inter-Theoretical Reduction Reductionism has to do with the classification of knowledge, particularly the classification of scientific knowledge. Many philosophers, such as Nagel, believe that the all current scientific knowledge can be broken down into discrete theories. Accordingly, progress in science is measured by the development of new theories. These theories are used to explore and control the phenomena in their domains and to systematise, organise

This researcher rejects the existence of online communities because computer mediated group discussions cannot possibly meet this definition. Weinreich's view is that anyone with even a basic knowledge of sociology understands that information exchange in no way constitutes a community. For a cyber-place with an associated computer mediated group to be labeled as a virtual settlement it is necessary for it to meet a minimum set of conditions. These are:

students' absence. My first hypothesis is that the food was contaminated. I base my evidence on the following: Spikes of absence for band class in all four schools fall generally in the middle of the month and towards the ends of the month with a wide outbreak of the flue occurring during that time as well as evidence indicating that the food was improperly cared for.
