The aim of this particular paper is to introduce the tool of Dialogic OD and examine ways it’s similar to and begs to diversify from OD. There are some practices and methods related to it and proper implementation period to use it. References are made to information from Dialogic OD theory and practices from time to time with reference to its use to a specific company.

This is a weekly project portion dealing with research methods. The overall advantage to doing combining methods seems to focus on the ability to utilize the best of each method. At times, using just the qualitative or quantitative approach provides too narrow a view which is often misleading when one wishes to extrapolate the data into different areas or disciplines. When doing research that has a social aspect (biological, psychological, etc.)

This paper is about qualitative research techniques. There are several discussion questions that are responded to. These include a brief evaluation of the key learning objectives of qualitative analysis, the use of primary sources and how to codify them, and a discussion of the participant observer and how that sort of research goes.
