The advocates unequivocally declare that they should be leveraged with the privacy rights in order to be protective and competent. However, potential conflicts have occurred with respect to the privacy, as the employers have initiated to monitor the activities of the employees. In response to alleviate the intensity of the issue, legislative bodies have developed various laws to protect the invasion of employee privacy that include Electronic Communication Privacy Act. Few recommendations are provided for the employers that would facilitate them in developing policies considering the employee privacy with gravity in order to ensure that they do not run afoul of the law.
