A case description, analysis, and critique of theories

This paper presents a reflection of personal meditation based on following a 4-week regimen outlines by Sharon Salzberg on her book on real happiness. The reflection examines thoughts, emotions, or sensory experiences during the meditation sittings, ease of following the program, and why some meditations were easier than others. The other sections discuss the differences noticed in personal reactions before and after the meditations as well as continuing with meditations in the future.
