In the present dynamics of the world business and economy, there are quite a few problems that need to be addressed and highlighted. It is true that the overall world is in a phase of recession and slums are being seen in various parts of the world. However, it is necessary to realize what impact this is having on human lives, society and the labor force because they are probably the first ones to be affected by this condition and may be the ones most deeply affected (Michie, 1997).

In this paper, we are going to be looking at the challenges facing special needs students with integrating them into general classrooms. This will be accomplished by conducting a research study that will focus on a number of areas to include: specific classroom practices, the problem statement, rationale, hypothesis, personal beliefs, a literature review, data collection techniques, resources / equipment and possible solutions. Once this occurs, is when we can offer specific insights for dealing with these challenges.
