About This Topic AI GENERATED

John F. Kennedy remains one of the most studied figures in American political history, making him a frequent subject in courses covering twentieth-century history, political science, and leadership studies. His presidency raises compelling academic questions about image, power, and national identity, and the keywords that appear most often across student work — including presidency, image, and nation — reflect how scholars approach Kennedy not just as a political actor but as a cultural symbol. His brief time in office, often associated with the Camelot period, alongside landmark events such as the Bay of Pigs invasion and his assassination, gives students a rich set of historical episodes to analyze.

Student essays on this topic take several distinct approaches. Comparative papers set Kennedy alongside other presidents, including George W. Bush and Lyndon B. Johnson, examining how their leadership styles and rhetorical choices differed. Historical and event-focused analyses look closely at specific moments such as the Bay of Pigs invasion or the circumstances surrounding Kennedy's assassination. Other papers take a rhetorical angle, treating speeches and public statements as primary texts, while some examine how the media and society construct and respond to a president's image and perceived disabilities or vulnerabilities.

A strong essay on Kennedy benefits from a focused thesis that connects a specific event, speech, or policy to a broader argument about his presidency or legacy. Primary sources such as speeches and historical records carry significant weight. One common pitfall is allowing the mythology surrounding Kennedy to substitute for careful historical analysis — strong essays distinguish between the constructed image and the documented record.

Jet Blue Airlines: Cost Management the Objective
The objective of this work in writing is to review the case study on Jet Blue Airlines and to analyze their system of cost management. Price variance of fuel is noted by Jet Blue Airlines to be a critical matter in business operations as it was reported in 2007 that fuel costs were the largest operating expense for Jet Blue Airlines due to high average prices of fuel. The report specifically states "fuel prices and availability are subject to wide price fluctuations based on geopolitical factors and supply and demand. These facts provide strong incentives for highly accurate and comprehensive fuel inventory management – particularly conservation." (Jet Blue Airlines, 2007)

Adjusting the economics in the USA
The financial crisis has driven Obama's government to a fiscal cliff that seems particularly depressing. Come midnight, December 31, 2012, and certain laws are set to change including introduction of a 2% tax increase for workers, elimination of certain tax breaks for businesses, elevation in the alternative minimum tax, elimination of tax cuts from 2001-2003, and the beginning of taxes associated with Obama's health care law. Spending cuts will also go into effect for more than 1000 government programs including the defense budget and Medicare. The prospects of the fiscal cliff are attractive for few parties outside of Obama himself. It is a concern for investors and the impact on the economy may be huge. We are barely out of one recession, but the CBO estimates that the policies of the fiscal cliff would cut gross domestic product (GDP) by four percentage points in 2013, sending the economy straight into another recession. Simultaneously, unemployment would rise by almost a full percentage point, with a loss of about two million jobs (Kenny, nd). Dealing with significant unemployment as we are at eh moment in conjunction with the imminent problem of hitting the "debt ceiling", the country is ill-prepared for dealing with any ‘fiscal cliff'. This essay proposes that tax increase is necessary to pass through this current fiscal crisis and that the government should raise tax not only on all of its wealthy citizens (not just corporations) but also on the middle-class populace.
