This article presents a comprehensive description of a grant application for a victim service program for victims of crimes in rural settings. This application is divided into several major sections including project title, project summary, and program narrative. The application will be presented to the State Board Fund that provides advocacy and support services to crime victims for the purpose of developing and enhancing current programs that serve victims of crime.

The paper talks about three different kinds of leaderships and two different kinds of practices that leaders may practice with followers. The three different kinds of leadership are the following: 1. Deliberative – where the leader deliberately guides and leads his followers 2. Participative – where leader and followers participate in making decisions 3. Charismatic – where the leader wins his followers over by virtue of his personality and radical decision-making style The two different kinds of behavior and attitude that the leader may actuate to followers and that are discussed in this essay are: 1. Consequences – reward and punishment that result in desired behavior 2. Boundary setting – where the leader imposes perimeters for followers in order to achieve certain results. Using material appended from other settings the essay concludes by telling us how we may become more effective leaders.

The ability to lead is a critical skill that one must possess in any workplace. In most cases, leadership is learned from experiences and interactions with other people. This study identifies instances that justify the fact that leadership skills are gained from experience. From such experiences, it is possible to nurture good leadership skills as exemplified with my experience in the procurement department.

In today's culture, ethics appears to function as a very significant position in the achievement and development in the direction of upcoming development of corporations and administrations. However, from debates over drug-testing to examination of scandals on Wall Street, responsiveness to ethics in commercial organizations appears to be a much heated discussion. Nevertheless, a lot of the attention that has been given to ethics in the workstation oversees some serious features of organizational ethics.
