Aristotle's "Poetics" is the earliest work that takes on a philosophical approach at discussing literary theory. The concepts that the philosopher puts across throughout this work are essential in getting a more complex understanding of various literary works that have been created across time. Plato's "Apology" is especially important when discussing it from the perspective of Aristotelian philosophy, as readers are virtually enabled to understand the exact intentions of the writer at particular moments. As Plato wanted to put across an account regarding a man who speaks in his own defense with the purpose of convincing others concerning the purity of his thinking he brings on a series of concepts that one is likely to identify in "Poetics".

Information literacy is a very broad topic. Computer literacy and informatics literacy are sub-portions of this broader topic. All of the above takes on enhanced prominence when talking about nursing since there are literally quality of life as well as life and death decisions being made here. Captain D Michael Abrashoff was one of the graduates from US Naval Academy and he was also an assistant of military as a former secretary of defense. Though in 2001 he left his profession of navy and turned to a founder of grassroots leadership. (Barr, Frumi, 2002) After leaving that, he wrote a book on his management styles that he followed up throughout in his entire profession. This research paper is all about leadership styles and traits followed by Captain Michael Abrashoff during his naval services and the principles he used in changing the direction of ship and motivation of sailors. At the time when he took a charge over the ship, it was like a business that has all the related equipments and machineries but only the productivity is lacking so in order to get that productivity he took some initiatives and actions and get the achievements of which he proud of like turning the troubled ship and team into efficiently working team and best damn ship. However, in the end he has got the slogan of "it's your ship" and recognized as a role model for the naval efficiency. As an author in his book he shares all his secrets towards the success and how he becomes a benchmark for all.

Exemplary Leadership Introduction "Leaders inspire a shared vision by exciting and energizing others…they hold up a mirror to help mentees see something more in themselves – the possibilities of their future…" (Zachary, et al, 2010). The five practices of exemplary leadership were developed by James M. Kouzes & Barry Z. Posner in 2002, and there have been a number of publications (in book form) put out by Kouzes & Posner to promote their list of five practices, the most recent being the book they published in 2010, A Coach's Guide to Developing Exemplary Leaders: Making the Most of the Leadership Challenge and the Leadership Practices Inventory. This paper delves into the five practices that Kouzes & Posner have developed including other authors' viewpoints vis-à-vis the Kouzes / Posner innovations in leadership.

In this essay, the contemporary "Best Practices" that are continuing nowadays in the areas of Leadership and Management and consequently making a difference for organizations and managers in today's world have been discussed. Suggestions have also been made on how managers and leaders today can practice the best options and achieve better results for both the organization and themselves.

This paper is a description of what constitutes a 'learning organization.' Continuous learning means that the organization as a whole is flexible to the needs of the marketplace. But to achieve such responsiveness requires a major investment in the training and education of employees. The organization must also create structures to facilitate dialogue and workplace cooperation.
