What is Leadership?

A leadership essay is any essay that focuses on the topic of leadership.  These essays can take a number of different formats and are often heavily-dependent on their prompts.  For example, you may be asked to write about various theories of leadership, with servant leadership being an especially popular topic.  You may also be asked to describe your experience with a leader that you admire and explain what you admired about his or her leadership skills.  However, the most frequent type of leadership essay is probably one that asks you describe a time that you acted as a leader.

Rise of the Secular Turkish Republic it
It was in 1923 that the Republic of Turkey appeared on the face of the globe. The Turks consider the preceding years i.e. 1919-1922 as the years of their struggle for independence. The Turkish state that was formed as a consequence of this struggle was a completely new republic despite the fact that various partition schemes were proposed by the triumphant Allies during and after The Great War I (Alaranta 115). This paper will discuss the rise of the Secular Turkish Republic. It will elaborate the state of the empire when Sultan Abdul Hamid II came into power. It will also tackle the actions taken under his leadership to restrain European authority and involvement which eventually led to Sultan's demise. However, the rise of the secular Turkish Republic is mainly due to the countless efforts of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Therefore, this paper would extensively discuss the construction of Turkish history and identity in the years during the establishment of Ataturk's republic.

Biblical woman Rebekah: research and analysis
The Bible is very polarizing in its depictions of women; Biblical women are either seen as good or bad with very little room for complexity in their personalities. Rebekah defies this convention. In many ways, she is an example of the deceiver, which is one of the anti-female themes that run throughout the Bible. Not only does she deceive her husband, but she does so to the detriment of one of her children. However, she may also be one of the most obedient women in the entire Bible; all of the seemingly immoral actions she takes are actually taken to further God's goals for Israel.
