Different personalities practice different management styles, while different management styles are suited to different personalities. It is very important for a manager to make sure that their employees are motivated and their work rates are up to the mark. The employees of any organization need to be motivated in order to maintain a fair attendance at the office along with enough motivation that employees would want to continue to carry on working.

This document analyzes the culture of display of the sculpture "the Hope Athena" which is on display at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) considering issues such as patronage, style and display. As reviewed from the sculptures physical appearance, the historic aspect of the Greek is clearly depicted amongst other issues that lead to the appraisal of other related gods and goddesses sculptures.

As of the time of this writing nine states have legalized gay marriage, and 31 states have constitutional amendments which ban gay marriage to some extent—a fact alone which showcases this nation's level of homophobia and a reluctance to deliver fundamental rights, like the right to pursue happiness.
