Remeron 30mg by mouth at bedtime. Cardizem 10mg intravenous push as needed Allopurinol 300mg by mouth daily, Colchicine 0.6mg PO Daily, Levaquine 500 mg By mouth Daily. Over-the-counter medications are Acetaminophen 325mg two tabs PO every 4 hours PRN.
