This paper is a comparison of the Buddhism and Christianity religions. It provides an introduction, which gives a brief history of both Christianity and Buddhism. In order to understand the issue of minors and medical practice, it is necessary to understand the position of minors in general law, and why the minor has been accorded special status and is handicapped in so far as consent is concerned.
