Pixar Animation Studios: HRM, Motivation, and Creativity
This paper presents an analysis of the management effectiveness, empowerment management through creativity practices, and model of emotions, attitudes and behavior for Pixar Animation Studios. The analysis has been done in the light of motivational theories like need theory, equity theory, intrinsic and extrinsic motivational techniques, etc. The contribution of creativity practices on company's empowerment practices has also been assessed.
