This paper deals with the deontoligical approach to determine whether direct drug marketing to consumers can be considered ethical. The marketing through direct-to-consumer drug advertising is a controversial topic. The basis of the ethical reasoning related to this manner is what role the patient should have in their treatments. If patients have the ability to diagnose their own afflictions then such advertisements might offer practical insights to the range of treatments that are available to the patient. However, most individuals would be much better off following the advice of a medical professional than to be convinced by a promotional message that they might be suited for some form of pharmaceutical treatment.

The core competence analysis emphasizes whether an organization has unique selling points that will help it succeed in business. These are relevance, difficulty of imitation, and breadth of application (MindTools, 2013).

This is a four page paper divided into several sections as follows. PART 1 - Reflection: 1. Reflect on where you were in your personal and professional life when you started at University of Phoenix ( prior military, no degree, but working, had some experience from being in the military) 2.How did you feel about the role of learning and its importance to your personal growth and development? 3.What was your level of professional competence in problem solving, written and oral communication skills, information retrieval and utilization, and collaboration? PART 2 - EVALUATE: 1.Evaluate the growth you experienced during your program of study. 2.Evaluate how your courses and experiences contributed to your growth, problem solving, written and oral communication skills, information retrieval and utilization, and collaboration. 3.Identify the three core education courses and the two general courses during your program of study that had the greatest effect on your current or potential employment. Explain why you selected these courses and how they affected your personal or work life positively. Be specific. (the three CORE courses I chose are BSHS-391:Lifelong Learning and Professional Development, BSHS-421:Cultural Diversity and Special Populations, and BSHS-321:Communication Skills for the Human Service Professional. The one GENERAL course I chose are HCS-335:Health Care Ethics and Social Responsibility. PART 3 - ANALYZE: 1.Analyze the effect of completing the bachelor's program on your current and future professional goals. 2.Now that you have completed your program, how do you feel about the role of lifelong learning and its importance to your personal growth and development? 3.What are your personal, professional, and educational goals for the next 5 years? (I would like to work with the elderly). Below questions should focus on the elderly population: 4. What programs will you attend? 5. What skills or competencies will you develop? 6. What professional organizations have you joined or will you join? 7. What conferences or workshops will you attend? 8. What additional degrees might you pursue?

In this paper we are going to be comparing the New Jersey Core Content and Common Core Curriculum standards with Mary Zimmerman's Metamorphoses and a contemporary issue. This will be accomplished by examining: the modes of communication, its shape and literature can provoke cultural insight. These elements will highlight how the Core Content and Common Core Curriculum standards are addressing selects challenges using Metamorphoses as a source.

In this paper, we are going to be looking at the impact of human trafficking on different stakeholders. This will be accomplished by conducting a research project that is focusing on: the background of the topic, discussing the problem statement, purpose of the study, research questions, the theoretical / conceptual framework, the nature of the study and its significance. The most effective strategy within a community for any public health issue is two-fold: education and focus. To accomplish this at the community level, there needs to be a broad level of focus and support from all levels of the government: local, State and Federal, in order for there to be a consistent and proactive message. Education should begin at the elementary school level, with teaching talking about substances, abuse and alternatives; and move through the school system as appropriate for the cognitive abilities of various age groups.
