There is much controversy with regard to technology, as its complexity makes it difficult for some to have a proper understanding of the concept. Technology is behind the evolution of humankind and it would be safe to say that it is an essential part of humanity in general. As the manager of a team of 25 customer service representatives our company, I've noticed the significant investments made in key technology, systems and processes are losing their effectiveness.
