This paper explores the promotion of women within the American workforce. Specifically the aim of this study is to discover whether organizational systems within the U.S. are utilizing women to their fullest potential.

Psychological disengagement is the process whereby a person confronted by a negative evaluation by a teacher or supervisor negates the importance of the interaction or feedback. This strategy is often employed by minority students confronted by a racially-biased school system. Whether this strategy is also employed by minority students when confronted by a racial insult from peers is the focus of the study proposed here.

The judicial system, law enforcement, and many other agencies that take part in justice administration identify ethics as the central challenge in the provision of their services. This paper, examines the law enforcement department, a branch of the justice administration to provide some of the ethical issues, and offer information regarding the topic.

This article uses Statistical Inference by collecting data on samples of a population to test hypotheses on the sample. The data collected on the sample via the Entrepreneurial Attitude Orientation survey provides the authors with insight so there hypothesis can be tested. It is suggested that all attitudes including entrepreneurial attitudes can change and that certain exposures can help change these attitudes of entrepreneurs. This is said to be done if a student completes a program known as the Small Business Institute Program. The program pushes to educate participants in particular areas in which it believes will benefit attitudes of entrepreneurs. It is hypothesized that since women and minorities have traditionally struggled more due to social constraints they are more likely to benefit from these study programs.
