This article provides an analysis of cognitive intelligence and emotional intelligence in relation to organizational behavior and job performance in the work environment. The analysis begins with an overview of each of these theories and a discussion about the strengths of each in modern organizations. The other parts examine the limitations of each of the theories and their applications in modern organizations.

Euthanasia of terminally ill patients is one of the most contentious issues in medical ethics today. In the U.S., patients can refuse heroic means to sustain their lives but they cannot, even with a physician's assistance, hasten their deaths. The paper uses several recent case studies such as Grace Lee and Schiavo to contextualize the debate.

This paper identifies and discusses five emerging ethical issues for business organizations in the twenty-first century. The forces of globalization have increased the degree to which diverse groups in society have grown dependent on one another. Hence, their expectations influence the freedoms and responsibilities of other groups. The expectations of various stakeholders have placed greater responsibilities on business organizations to be ethical in their communication with their stakeholders. Business organizations are under growing pressure to be ethical in their employment practices and in the sourcing of raw materials and labour for their operations. In addition, they are expected to recognize their responsibility towards the economic and social development of the communities where they operate and those that they influence through their operations. Hence, business organizations are also responsible to act ethically in relation to their use of the resources of the environment and to the extent that they influence it in adverse ways, such as by polluting it.

The topic of the paper is the impact of breakfast clubs on children's health and well-being as well as how it develops cognition.

The case involve M, a 35-year old mother with three children from two fathers. He most recent boyfriend, the father of the youngest child, has beaten her twice, been arrested and jailed, but is about to be released. Despite a restraining order, Melissa is terrified. Her economic situation is dire – she lives at an inexpensive motel, works part-time for under the table wages, and relies on WIC services. Most recently, her 12-year old son was arrested for shoplifting and suspended from school for fighting.

Diabetes is a disease which stays with the patient life-long except in some cases where the diabetes is gestational which occurs during pregnancy and often goes back to normal after the delivery. Typically there are two types of diabetes which are type 1 and type 2 diabetes but less common are gestational diabetes and other types which contain features of both type 1 and type 2 diabetes (Cowle et al, 2006). The management of diabetes mostly depends on the patient himself/herself because in diabetes it is all about self-care.

In United States, the judicial system is available to provide safety and justice to the people. Unfortunately, the U.S. criminal justice system has failed to perform its duty properly. It has not stopped the criminal activities nor is it cost effective. About 25% of the world's prison population is in U.S. that makes U.S. the largest jailer of the world (Kirchoff, 2010). One of the densely populated U.S. states is Indiana that comes on 15th position according to its population out of the 50 states. Indiana has a sustainable economy, it reported largest surplus among all the U.S states having $1.2billion.
