I think that teams make the execution of projects more efficient. Teams benefit from the strength of variety. Each member brings different skills to the tasks and the whole is stronger than each individual. I support team work because even though I can work independently, teams are often necessary for some critical tasks.
Stress on the job can cause some individuals to become unhinged. I have successfully worked in extremely stressful environments.
