I believe I am a highly differentiated candidate, with the skills, knowledge and motivation needed to maximize the benefit of an MBA course. I possess a positive attitude towards learning, and believe my attendance will benefit future employers and the long-term reputation of the business school as well as myself.

I have gained significant professional experience by working as part of a team, acting in the role of a leader and dealing with a wide range of business issues in diverse environments. As a motivated person with a desire to progress, I have actively sought opportunities to gain knowledge and skills through both learning, and diverse workplace experiences.

Between April 2010 and April 2011, I became a franchisee for Edubotix, a robotics business. Setting up this successful business required entrepreneurial flare with a 'can do' attitude', an innovative approach to maximize use of limited resources and flexibility utilizing various leadership styles. Responsibilities included managing financials, marketing, and HR functions which incorporated recruitment and employee motivation. Notably, I managed this part-time business, while retaining a fulltime position. This experience enhanced my knowledge and skills, and demonstrated determination and commitment to multiple goals.

My professional, interpersonal skills and knowledge were also demonstrated when appointed a project manager

. The project involved customization of software for an important client, and required completion in a short time period. I managed the entire project lifecycle, from requirements assessment to final handover, and all associated support activities. The project was completed on time, in budget and to the clients' complete satisfaction.

I believe I am a strong candidate, and I would be able to make a positive contribution towards enhancing the experience of my fellow students as well as gain personally from my experience at the Indian School of Business.
