movie proposals. These would be the mission for the firm and its basic proposals, the company's "must" objectives, the company's "want" objectives and the estimated ROI for each of the for movies. This report will evaluate each of the movies as perceived by the four criteria previously mentioned and will subsequently make an overall evaluation and reason the best choice for the company.
The first movie, "My Life with Dalai Lama," perfectly complies with the main ideas of the company's mission. First of all, from a creative point-of-view, the idea to present the life of a personality through the eyes of a snake and through the eyes of other animals befriending him is new, interesting and creatively a positive aspect. Further more, to some degree it is also championing environmental concerns by presenting the role of animals in the life of a personality of 20th century history, bringing the animal….

movie "Coach Carter," 2005.I choose character, event, idea effects. ork Cited. Coach Carter is an extremely inspiration film about a real life high school basketball coach who unabashedly values education over winning. This coach, Ken Carter, places his priorities in a highly unpopular way in the surrounding community of the Richmond High School Oilers -- most community members believe that success on the basketball court and a career in the National Basketball Association are the only chances for success for these young men. This central conflict is played out throughout this film based on an event which causes a number of highly influential effects. The primary cause of most of the dram in the film is Carter's decision to have the players sign a contract in which they must maintain a 2.3 grade point average in order to play on the team. The crucial effects of this event include….

Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, I studied in the Integrative Arts - Music Technologies program and graduated with a B.A. from the College of Arts and Architecture at Penn State. In 2011, I opened up a music production studio in Istanbul, Turkey and started producing content with like-minded musicians and filmmakers while attending school at State College, PA. My first full feature production, "Zaiyat", was shot in Turkey and premiered in SXSW and at the Istanbul Independent Film Festival in 2013. After graduating in 2014, I moved to Brooklyn, NY and started working for a record label called "Nublu Records". Meanwhile I co-produced a documentary about "Nublu" and it premiered at the Istanbul Independent Film Festival in 2017.

At last, I founded a Record Label called "Personal Space Records" which produces and promotes local and international artists. I also produced a Youtube Series called….

Business Principles and Technology
Job Specialization

The contemporary workplace has vastly changed thanks to the globalization effects that in itself has grown quire complex too. The previous workplace and the requirements are very different from the one that is experienced currently. The today's world has vastly changed in terms of structure, process and even content of work hence making work cognitively very complex, work is now more team-based than ever before, more dependent on the social skills of each employee, work is dependent on the technological competence, more time pressured and apparently more mobile and far less dependent on geography (Judith H., 2010). This therefore calls for a keen linkage between the organizational structure and design to the goals and expected outcomes of the organization. In the attempt to align the organizational structure to the vision and goals of the organization, there are key issues that must be observed; the objectives of….

Given the extensive demands put upon the military, which is currently fighting two wars on two different fronts, prioritization of resources, even regarding recreational services, is essential.
The men and women served must believe that the organization has a strong sense of integrity, and truly believes that it has their best interests at heart: this is true of the military in terms of how it secures the safety of personnel, but also on a much smaller level in terms of the comforts enjoyed by them on base. When people trust their leaders, they are more apt to accept changes (Maxwell 2000, p.67). Being flexible to the ever-shifting social needs of the armed services is demanded in a world characterized by change. AAFES has begun offering discounts on laptops, for example, and other electronic services that are needed when members of the military take classes or use computers to stay in….

Computer games have lamentably been kept to such niche, and exist under a false essence as being immature and a waste of time. While, beyond any doubt, there are in fact whimsical/childish computer games out there, that doesn't imply that there aren't mature, engaging and worthwhile video games out there; just because there are childish films and TV programs out there it does not detract from the more quality shows. y and large, narrative and games share a couple of characteristics; however games are a little different niche due to their interactivity and simulation. Additionally, the improvement of game has demonstrated that stories are only a part of the game. They do not form the key element of game, they help the need to keep games interesting and entertaining[footnoteRef:2],[footnoteRef:3]. Narrative too is kind of representative because it lacks the interactivity and the limitations inherent in using stories and the experience….

Keene & Zimmerman's Mosaic of Thought: Teaching Comprehension in a Reader's Workshop (1997): Summary and Impressions of Three Chapters from the Text
Having carefully read Chapters 5; 7; 9, 10 of Ellin Oliver Keene and Susan Zimmerman's Mosaic of Thought: Teaching Comprehension in a Reader's Workshop (1997), I have found each of these chapters uniquely inspiring, thought-provoking, and refreshing, not only in terms of ideas discussed by the authors about the teaching of reading, but about reading (and other life processes, activities, and events) itself. Most importantly, from a professional perspective, these three chapters from Mosaic of Thought have provided me with additional insights and new understandings about reading processes and behaviors of young students, described by Keene & Zimmerman. Especially interesting to me was the authors' discussions of what seem the inherent or automatic reading processes of those students who might be considered either "stronger" or "weaker" readers within typical….

This is because teams are believed to deliver high performance in a marketplace that is hypercompetitive. Teams are also though to integrate the unique skills of each individual in order to produce high performance. This perception of teams is a halo effect since empirical evidence on the efficacy of work teams in organization does not show consistency. A study that was conducted by a.T. Kearney found that 70% of teams do not deliver the required results. In another study reported by Cleaver (2001)
, it was found that teams greatly improve the output of the organization.

esearchers on the effectiveness of work teams are more careful in making conclusions about their efficacy since they found that their efficacy is simply a myth and that teams are often overused in situations which would have been better with non-team structures. Popular press and business professional continue to profess the importance of work teams.….

Police Management:
Throughout history, police management has experienced numerous changes because of the various significant changes that have continued to occur in the society. The emerging trends have contributed to the development of new policing governance, which has had considerable implications for police management. Towards the end of the 20th Century, the governmental police reforms have contributed to an end to public policing, a claim that is regarded as extrapolated towards a certain extreme. However, in light of the changes that have occurred in the recent past, it's evident that public policing has not come to an end but that the monopoly of public policing has come to an end. As a result, the dominance of public policing that characterized the 19th and 20th centuries is no longer a characteristic of the modern era. Actually, the emerging diverse totality of public policing is a reflection of the so-called post-modern period.

Nonetheless,….

Five Approaches and Theory

Compare and contrast the role of theory in the five main qualitative approaches:

Ethnography, case study, narrative, phenomenology, grounded theory

Although all five major approaches to qualitative research embrace theory to some degree or another, not all of them value the use of theory to the same degree. Broadly speaking, some cultural 'theory' is usually demonstrated within an ethnography, either through a comparative approach; an attempt to understand the culture on its own terms; a theory that seeks to understand the multiple layers of meaning within the culture in a symbolic fashion; or even a universalizing construct like feminist or Marxist theory. The extent to which this theoretical approach is emphasized will depend upon the anthropologist conducting the study. Some studies may mainly focus upon observations and detail unique aspects of a foreign culture while other studies might largely subsume the details to an….
